I know just how beneficial and powerful a healthy diet and exercise can be. Growing up, I had little stamina and motivation. I was sickly and unhealthy most of my adolescent years. At age 27, I found myself in a place on constant exhaustion and almost too ill to fulfill the everyday duties I had as a wife and mom. Finally, I got serious about my health and took my life into my own hands. It was then I discovered energy and a new relationship with food through good nutrition. When I was finally strong enough to begin training, I discovered a sense of confidence I had never known and a continued desire to take care of her body.
I firmly believes that everyone has the strength and ability to take control of their own life. Sometimes it just takes a little renewing to discover the diamond underneath! I founded Renewed Strength because I truly believes that it is YOU who finds the strength within yourself. I am simply there to help you pull out what’s always been there.
