I know how powerful a healthy lifestyle can be — because I’ve lived through the opposite.

As a young mom, I was constantly sick and exhausted. Weekly fevers, joint pain, and overwhelming fatigue made even the smallest tasks feel impossible. I couldn’t lift a frying pan, care for my family, or function without a nap.

That was my breaking point.

I started fueling my body with real nutrition — and for the first time, I had energy again. When I was strong enough to begin training, I discovered confidence, peace, and a deeper desire to care for my body.

Now, at 52, I feel stronger and more energized than ever.

That’s why I created Renewed Strength — to help busy adults rebuild their health with simple, sustainable changes that actually work.

How My Journey Began

My journey began early—at just 3 months old, I was hospitalized with pneumonia. Growing up, I battled illness far more than my siblings, constantly feeling exhausted and struggling to stay well. From pneumonia to Epstein-Barr and countless bouts of strep, I was often sick, even during family vacations. What I didn't realize was how much it would affect my early adult years.

My Body's Breaking Point

After my third pregnancy, my body completely crashed. I battled weekly fevers, extreme joint pain that made even lifting a pan impossible, constant infections, and fatigue so overwhelming I couldn’t get through the day without a nap. After many rounds of antibiotics, doctors feared I’d need IV treatments. My health hit rock bottom, and I knew something had to change.

My Journey to Health

At 52, I’m healthier, stronger, and more energized than ever before. After healing my body with the power of nutrition and becoming a mom of 7, I started my fitness journey at almost 40.

Today, I’m thriving—renewed, full of energy, and living proof that it’s never too late to reclaim your health and strength.
